You can sign in to your account on many devices like computers, laptops, and phones. Also, you can be active at the same time on both your phone, desktop, and laptop.

I have done this many times and don't get any warning yet.

I am also facing the same problem. when I download files from other site speed is prety well I am happy with that. but when I tried to download something from fiverr then it's becom 10x times slow.
