[Fiverr profile De-rank issue]

For new sellers it would tough to rank the gig. Try to change gig pictures and description as per fiverr policy to gain back some views/impresions. Once you receive any order  go beyond expectations.

90% percent of buyers didit gave private feedback because it ask twice for rating but when it comes to bad experience they definitely do private rating. It hurt a lot sellers in rating. How as a sellers can be deal with it?

Hi, I am top rated seller. My account suddenly drank for like last 4 days. I used to be on first page of search but now on very last. Impressions and clicks are almost non. I heard this from fiverr success manager about private feedback matters alot.  I had fiverr choice bedge which recently gone after that all this happen.

Hi, When i am searching gigs on my phone it appears on top 10 but when i am trying gigs to find via desktop views, these are unable to search. On analytics click and views increasing but why it is not showing with desktop. It is some glitch or what?

Same happen with me for last 4 months account derank. Impressions went down from 6000 to 300. Even in last 3 months  i am done with like 78 orders of old customers and all went good. I contact fiverr support several times and every time recived similar messages to follow guideline and do marketing. I also discuss it to success manager also but i dont think it is being done manually. 

I am not marketer I dont know how to market but i did alot of hard work in blogging and social media. I find 1-2 customers outside fiverr but still nothing happen with account. I am satisfy on my end did every thing i can do. Now just patiently waiting for things go well soon.. 

 

I can underatand your situation and have an idea about your hard work behind profile. I can only suggest do best from your end rest leave on fiverr. 

We sellers all have different reasons of derank. If i or you will rank back obviously that will not be sloution for every one to follow same path.

Yes i know about all these. the reason i mentioned about gig on last page. I have less clicks and not have promoted gig option any more because of it.

Thank for sharing it really helps to grow but not in every service. What i mean to rank on last page mean hardly no one click on gig for last 7 days and impressions going down.

My concerns on article fiverr 3.0 : As in my case we can not deliver menus as fast because 90% percent from buyer site they have continues changes in their menu especially when restaurant in opening stage. Some time 4 days job completed in 40 days because they hold us for photoshoot , for chef menu list and other they have many reason to change menu on last moments.

 

Where things are changing and technology improvements Artificial intelligent should evaluate it is delay from seller side or buyer side.  75% percent cases i have to increase the time of job may be that also count in evaluation. I all discuss this with suxxes manager share jobs example but he did not have time to read all jobs to help.

I am working on fiverr since 2016.  I have done hundred thousand dollar earning recently and almost 2000 order but now my account death showing all my gigs on last pages of search engine, it is like 40 days past. I am only doing repeat buyer work did not received any new message in last 40 days. I ask customer care about this they told me other sellers are performing well as compare to me and gave some article to read seem not worthy.

I have following questions:

1) If i was not performing well may be drank my gig to page 3-5 would not be fair?

2) In last 40 days i have completed nearly 25 orders with 5 start ratings (repeat buyer). Completion rate 99, on time deliver 99 positive rating 5 star but my inbox rate is 95. It seem not bad to deserve to be on last page of search. 

 

If any one face same issue in past or any article or guidance will be appreciable.
