Thank you for your reply. In the settings it's all enabled, but the message doesn't get to my mobile, it only gets to my email.

What methods can I use to receive immediate information when an order arrives?

In other words, every time I receive an order, I find out hours later. I would like it to arrive directly to my cell phone in real time.
