[How can i see about buyer details(name, country) before submit an offer on buyer request?]

Obviously it needs to identify the buyer Demographic and Psychographic. Though it’s impossible to find out the psychographic through the buyer request .I’m also affected from a number of fake buyers and spammers. Most of them have no profile pictures.
