Yes, That's really crucial. Every 3rd post on Forum is about Tips on Getting Orders and there are many people just suggesting new Sellers to be online 24/7 to get orders.

That's myth and it needs to be stopped.

Happy to see someone is really talking about this. Congrats on your success.

  2. Brief notifications send to the freelancer based on their category and tags that you use in Fiverr Gigs.

Choose them wisely. Fiverr is creating new categories for each skill set. Check the changes in the gig edit option.

please note that, if your gig is ranked and you are getting enough orders, then, it isn't a good time to make changes.

This update actually very bad for both sellers and buyers as well. Buyers don't have time to read through the generic title of a gig and decide. Removing gig images would make it much harder and the buying process more hideous for buyers. They would need to read through all the text in the title and there would not be any differentiation in the gigs. Gig image serves as the brand image of the gig which we sellers optimize for CTR and conversion. Gig image serves as the first contact point and attention-grabbing tool which help buyers to choose the right service for their needs. If buyer has to read through the similar titles of 50 sellers offering similar service, it would obviously confuse them. Having a gig image is an essential part of gig and it should not be removed.

Good point. I am also very confused.

I personally think being online can help in some few cases, especially when a buyer need his/her work to be done quickly, so they prefer contacting an online seller to discuss the project fast

Some sellers choose online sellers due to some reasons. May be they have less time so, they message turn on the online filter and message them. being online for new sellers may be good.

I'm not sure if I understand your question. Could you try rephrasing it?

Hello @smashradio, Can you please share some tips on how to get a good ranking for our gigs in search results on Fiverr?

WRONG! Staying active or being online does not help you at all. This is a myth spread by sellers with a lack of knowledge about how Fiverr works.

Did you stay online since the creation of your account? If you did, then you will agree that I am right because you still have only 4 reviews since your account was created 9 months ago (August 2022). Women make a baby at that time. Start selling instead of giving wrong advice to new sellers.

    Ignore the first tip.

you are right @filipdevaere We had a long conversation on this topic, and I remembered that. Now I am convinced that remaining online doesn't work.

Thanks for your reply! I already shared it on social media sites. But still facing this problem

I have gone through the post titled: How I Made $50,000+ on Fiverr (A Guide to Freelancing Success).

It is an amazing post that I have read today. I would bet on you if you read the whole post and understood what you were missing. I hope that it will help.

  8. Hi, It's been more than two months since my gigs were visible in the search results, despite the fact that I have made changes. But one thing that I missed was sharing my gigs on my social media platforms, especially on Twitter with relevant hashtags.

Yesterday, I started doing that. Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

    Guess what?

I get an order just because I share my gigs on social media.

So, try this. I hope that you will get good results.

  9. One of the possibilities is that you are losing the impression that you get bad private feedback from one of your clients. Or your average selling price is low as to your competitors.

Please note that there could be multiple reasons for losing your impressions of your Gigs on Fiverr. Above mentions reasons could be the reason. There is no fatal answer.
