Always first talk to fiverr customer support before making any decisions on things like this. They are the best and also trained in dealing with these matters.

The key thing about any business is to be selective with your clients. Even in the best business you live and die by the perception and work you give. Not all clients are worth taking on and those clients will reduce the quality of your brand.
Spend as much time as you need vetting your customers... they are there because they need a problem fixed.
If you think a client seems bad before you've taken them on... don't do it.
Why I'm saying this is in my own experience it was working with clients I normally wouldn't have which has changed my ratings every now and again.

I think the new pro features were meant to roll out with their Ai tool 'Fiverr Neo'
We haven't heard anything about that since it was announced.

This question can be answered by asking... "What is the benefits of a small business over a larger one."
A small company has the benefit of being able to niche down and provide a more personable experience for the client. As a solo business you should niche down and think about what you offer to clients. The advantage of being a solo business is that you can add your own personality into your work and make sure the client is happy to your own standards, not someone else's.

There's a market for almost anything on Fiverr if you are great at what you do and can talk to clients.

As a start to this as a seller plus user i've decided to make all my gigs 'request to order'. This has really upped the quality of by buyers and stopped the barrier for people to just 'buy' my gig without talking to me first.
I would really recommend people do this too if they are worried about rogue buyers.

Good point. While AI may impact many jobs in many ways, I do not think it can completely replace human jobs. We need to realize that the human civilization is like a rolling stone and whenever we get to a new points of innovation, we discover creative ways to use those innovations for our benefit. Some decades or a century or two ago, humans were scared that computers would replace them. Today, we use computers to boost our productivity. It wont be different with AI.
Yes it wont replace all job... rather than need a team of ten a company might only need 2. Ai artists will still need traditional illustrating or retouching skills. They will just get many results much quicker.

Just like when digital tools came out people who did things with paper might lose jobs, we now have to adapt to stay relevant.
This happens all the time, learn to adapt and see if you can make AI help you create better work.Always try and stay at the top by looking at current trends and also what future trends will be in business.

Do you have seller plus? I always check with my seller partner and they give a much more detailed breakdown to how my gigs are performing.

Order cancellation solution

Always talk to fiverr about the order and they can check and look into the order. You are not obligated to offer a refund if you gave them the completed project.
