    As far I know, old client's message reply don't impact on response rate. Only the new message can impact. Since very few new buyers message me, my concern is the response rate will take huge time to up. My question is, how does this low response rate impact my profile?

    I couldn't response a buyer's message on time recently and my response rate became 67%. Another problem is I don't get message daily from new buyers or new client. Now, how can I improve my response rate? And how this low response rate can impact my profile? Thanks advance for the help.
