  1. What will happen to your gig if you're currently at level 0 and doesn't meet the criteria to level up before/on March 15????

Just like the other sellers here, my gigs were doing quite well until the new level system was implemented. Seniors please help me out regarding to it.

It doesn't work.... promoting gigs is useless when you have a low performance score.... it won't help at all, the gigs are hidden. I already asked CS and they did nothing for me. I've read many other sellers are having the same issue

If we are not getting the required help from the CS then I'm not sure who to look upto. I am level 2 seller on fiver and since new fiverr update my success score has gone below to 4 although i have completed many different orders from my recurring clients and they are satisfied with my work always but still my success scores are not improving.

Why would it increase with the zero gig performance? Obviously it will remain same.

Then how it is possible to get new clients if success score remain 4.?

  6. There are several things you may do to ensure that the orders are fulfilled: Optimize your gig by searching for keywords on Fiverr. Look at the top-ranked gigs profiles and try to incorporate those keywords into your gig title and description. I hope this will help you in getting your first order.

I've had the exact same experience all year. Virtually no impressions, and only a handful of jobs from returning buyers. I've never had any late deliveries, order cancellations or bad reviews. I've tried to optimize title, description and tags on numerous occasions but nothing seems to be working.

I am facing the same issue. Even I have completed jobs from my returning buyers But still i am not getting new orders or messages from any of new clients. I have contacted customer support as well but they keep on saying one thing which is "Fiverr does not guarantee impressions or clicks for your Gig." I don't know from where should i ask for help. If customer support are not helping me out.

  8. Hi, So in order to rank Fiverr gig should have the following things:

1: Professional and attractive gig Image thumbnail. Tip: Do not use text too much.

2: Select your keyword which has a good services count of less than 8k. Above 8K will be very difficult to rant.

3: Write your gig description very carefully with the use of your focus keyword.

    4: Select tags carefully.

5: Do competitor analysis before selecting tags.

6: Give your best price range. Try to use packages.

7: Select your portfolios in the images alongside your thumbnail.

8: Fiverr prefer videos as a gig intro. Try to use videos.

  9. First of all make sure you offer something more from your competitor sellers in your field of expertise.

Secondly, make sure your gigs are optimized (using correct grammar, syntax, videos, good quality images and if you have a portfolio of your preview works that is even better. )

After that, promote your gigs outside Fiverr using all social media platforms you have like Facebook, Twitter e.t.c.

When someone contacts you try to answer him as soon as possible and have a quality conversation with him, explaining everything he needs.

If a client forgets to review your work don’t hesitate to ask him kindly to do it.

Of course, everything I mentioned so far, can’t guarantee every day work but I believe it will make a difference in your orders overall.
