Client see an option to allow the delivered item to be added in seller's gig gallery. If the client agrees, only then the image is added in gallery
Excactly! Τhis is the reason why the delivered orders are not visible on gig gallery.

I already have this option on my gigs. No one has chosen this option.
Any experience from other sellers about subscriptions?
How do customers react?- 63

I’ve used once for designing a boy’s room. There was 3 steps: 3d visualization of the room - source file - color palette. During the process I had a great communication with the buyer. Once I delivered the first milestone I didn’t receive any news from the buyer. And of course I was paid for it.
I suggest using the milestones.- 65

Sit on your hands. Wait. The buyer is not under any onus to accept a delivery as soon as you send it or even soon thereafter. They can choose to let the system manually accept it 72 hours (3 days) after you have delivered.
Whatever you do, do NOT reach out to the buyer and message them asking them if the delivery was OK or to give you a rating. They get prompted by Fiverr when the delivery is sent and they open it up. Also, doing that can get your account a warning.
Just because the buyer is online, does not mean they owe you anything - a message, rating or acceptance. You did your part of the job, now move forward.

I agree!
But it’s the feeling when you have done so much work, so many messages about the order and finally no response 😐

What can I do to get the gig back on the front page?

Is it depends on us or is all about Fiverr's algorithm as my eye catcher on conversations 🤔 Who really knows about?
