I was happy, but nervous too😅 I was so panicked, I completed my first order within 6 hours😄

But the happiness after completing my first order with a 5-star review was unmatchable😊

There are many groups on Facebook for gig promotion. You can join & promote your gig. But it can also attract spammers.

So, I think the best solution is marketing through social media pages. If you are not comfortable promoting your gigs through a personal Facebook profile then You can create your brand pages on multiple social media platforms to showcase your work with your Fiverr profile link & attract more clients. Instagram & LinkedIn are the best platforms to showcase your work & promoting your gigs.

Take the time to explain what happened. Ask them whether they can cancel it for you and/or take this off your stats.

I've only had one cancellation in hundreds of orders. Make sure that your gigs do not invite such clients.

Is everything clear? Are you working for $5? Take a good look at the situation.

My Basic package is in $10. In which I clearly mentioned that I'll provide only one infographics with 5 data points, But he is asking for 4 infographics in $10.

A buyer placed an order without discussing the project cost and details. He selected my basic package but demanding extra work.
Also, he did not provide me with complete instructions for the order. I asked him to send me the complete requirements for the design & modify the order but he is not responding. Now I only have one day to resolve this issue.

How can I cancel this order without effecting my order completion rate?
