Yes! same here, level 2 perfect 100% in performance but still no order, even with promoted gig, and my best seller gig is n the  last page, AI illustration gigs are appearing in the first pages and when you look the sellers they are all new sellers, no completed order not even 1 order.. So what is happening?? It’s unfair to all those artist who really create/ draw not using those AI apps 😟

I feel what you feel, it's frustrating indeed. I've always maintained my quality for 7 years, only to receive a 1-star rating during that time. And suddenly, many new sellers are more recommended by the algorithm, they don't even do something truly good, just using AI

  2. I don't know if this is only because of my account, or if you also feel the same way as I do. In the last two months, it seems that buyer traffic has decreased. Even before, I used to receive messages every day, but now it has decreased. I have modified my gig and even lowered the price, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

    Hello Everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I usually handle around 40-60 orders per month. However, I've noticed a significant drop in sales since September 2023. Currently, the majority of my orders are coming from repeat clients and "promoted gigs."

I'm reaching out to the community to seek insights and advice on why this shift may have occurred. Has anyone else experienced a similar change in sales dynamics, and if so, how did you address or overcome it?

Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

    Best regards, Yash

Yes, that happened to me too, hopefully, January will be better.

  4. Honestly, I am deeply disappointed with this new rule, which I consider a blunder in my opinion. Usually, I cancel orders for buyers who order something that doesn't match the package they ordered. And the buyer doesn't want to add extras to it. I'm afraid this can become a weapon for buyers to order from someone but not receive what they purchased. Even though we cancel the order, they can still give a bad review or rating.
