[All my gigs disappeared from search results.]

I am facing the same issues from 25 March, I can't find my gigs anywhere in the search results, even any filters, I have talked with customer suport several times and their answer always same, My gig impression was everyday 2500-3000 and It's only 70😭😭😭

Promoted gigs unqualified from 1 months and now it's qualified last day and today again unqualified? I don't know what I have done wrong within this 24 hours, I have got 2 clients messages during this 24h and I have got 1 order and another client didn't answer, and the order delivered but still didn't approved, Then what happened during this times?

My profiles de-ranked from last 1 month, It's happened for promoted services, because when promoted service was qualified everything was fine but when it's unqualified I am facing this problems, during this time I have completed 20+ order with 5 Star review and all client are my old client and there is no way for negative private feedback, because they are happy with my services and that's why are ordering me again and again, I don't know how much time will takes for recover everything and ranked again, Do you have any suggestion for me????

From 15 days my all gigs are unqualified for promoted, I have shared my gigs last 1 year statistics from promoted gigs services, I don't know how many days need to wait for promoted again, I have completed 11 orders within this 15 days with 5 Star review from my old client, Basically how many days usually takes for being promoted again????

Checked your profile: You had a 4 star feedback from one of your client 1 week ago that might be the reason!

You need to deliver quality work and also on your gigs!

 

After that I have completed 4 orders, Got 5 Stars and Tip from 3 orders and 1 order the client given feedback in the message, and now I am working with another order, Do you know how many orders need to be completed for ranked again?

I have a gigs which was in the first page for almost 1 year , and In this gigs I have completed 1k+ order and get 724 positive reviews, but suddenly promoted gigs are unqualified for me and now I can't see my gigs anywhere and the gigs impressions are decreased rapidly, like the last 2 days I have got only 300 impression but my normal impression was 3k impressions everyday, I wanted to know How can I handle this situation and how to recover it, Please help me out, Thanks
