As I know it is an automated process. All going according to the algorithm. So, The best thing to do is provide a great service to your customers and wait until it becomes eligible again.

We all are in the same Boat. I have more than 2000 reviews. All good metrics. But somehow this November is the worst of my fiverr journey.

I noticed the same thing.
I thought that was an issue with my network. I refreshed 2 times, Then all returned to normal.

The same thing happened to me a few times. I said I do not want anything for free and asked to cancel.
That might be someone you know or one of your competitor. Trying to leave a bad feedback.

How many orders have you completed?
Do you have a 80% or above ratings?
However, Fiverr is removing that feature. It is currently available for a limited categories. Sooner, It will be replaced.
