As I know about this buyer can extended the order review time but I don't know exactly how many days they can expand this.

They track 2 months not 1. Sometimes even 3. If these bad reviews are from first time buyers it's even worse. Plus you don't know what people are sharing privately. I had someone that rated me with a single star because it was 12 AM their time and just wanted to get rid of the review process. The review text was great, but it didn't matter because Fiverr sees it as a bad one. So yeah, who knows what buyers share privately. If you see drops in performance, most likely it's not just a single review...

I have one question on this topic.
If the seller profile down after the private negative feedback then this effect gone automatically after few days or what's the way to recover this. Please tell me if you know about this. Thanks again

As a seller we all are sensitive any cancellations.
But as I know that if any buyer cancel a order and place again a new order before one or two month time period (I read their Fiverr order cancelation article but can't remember exactly) then that cancelation cancelation not affect on seller profile.
After that if anyone have any confusion then please contact support on this issue.

There was a bug recently "Out of office" might be side effects from that, not sure.
Hopefully they re-appear again soon.
Facing same issue from april 15. And this is not happened by Fiverr bug customer support ensure that on their mail. I think this problem start after recent update of Fiverr algorithm.
However, lot's of seller suffering for this it's true. Fiverr should think about this. Thanks

Please cancel the active order then send a new offer to your client and discuss this with your client before action. This the way only solve this issue.
Btw, this cancelation not effect on you order cancelation rate.
