         Last month, I found out some messages had been sent to multiple sellers from my inbox without my knowledge. I notified the support and sent the screenshot of the messages. So, they temporarily disabled my account. Now I'm back after verifying my account. If you haven't violated their(Fiverr) rules, you will get access to your account, don't worry.

  3. The help says you need to be at least level 2 or TRS, though one forum user who is level 1 but close to level 2 has the option. So you probably need to be either >= level 2 or at least level 1 and close to level 2.

    I see that’s the reason why I got that message, and I thought they mistakenly send it to me.

  4. In order to successfully verify your ID, you need to upload two documents: 1. An ID that has your photo in it (the information/ID page of your passport, nationally issued ID/driver’s license), and 2. A photo of yourself.

    If you do not do this, Fiverr will suspend your account, and you will have to then interact with them. Even if/when that happens, Fiverr will ask you to verify your ID. If you don’t do that, they could ban you from Fiverr until you’re able to prove your identity.
