As long as it is something that’s absolutely required for completion of the order and it is shared only through the order page of that particular order, you should be fine.

Just an FYI: It is not a good idea to share your personal details such as e-mail address with your clients before placing the order or through the inbox.

I am not sure if it is required, but if I were in your situation, I would also contact CS and get a go-ahead from them before sharing my e-mail address (just to be on the safe side).

If buyer is no longer a member, how does that matter?

Order was completed 1 month ago, buyer already paid Fiverr, if buyer closed account Fiverr already have that funds.

What is the logic of cancellation?

If buyer is no longer a member how you returned fund to their balance?

Their balance means Fiverr balance.
