Since more than two months, I'm not getting any brief. I was getting daily before. My stats are all 100% and 5 stars. What could be the issue?

Hope they will stay. Mine came and then disappeared
Try to get another 5 star review and they will come back. I think it's all about Buyer Satisfaction Rate of the last 6 months

This morning I got my gigs back to search results after disappearing since April 17th, even the promotion feature is back. I got a 5 star review from a client yesterday.
Let´s see if they don´t disappear again...

That is Fiverr's intent with private reviews. It seeks to give the prime locations in search to the sellers with high BSR, aka Buyer Satisfaction Ratings. When something about your services annoys a buyer and, as a result, you get a poor BSR, then your visibility suffers. I have learned to be very careful with how I interact with buyers.
Did you experience your gigs disappear and got back to search results?

I could confirm that. I received a cancellation last ending January and a negative review last March. My gigs disappeared on 17th April. Both these sellers whom I got these issues with were disagrable to work with. I think not only it's important focusing on delivery quality work but also being careful to whom selling our service. I assume a video call before proceeding to order is necessary for that

how many?

Thanks for the detailed reply. Now that my gigs disappeared for more than 60 days, I couldn't get any order and my response rate and overall rating have become N/A which I think I risk demotion. It doesn't make sense to demote me because I didn't receive any order, and the reason behind that because they removed my gigs visibility

Fiverr tracks the buyer satisfaction rate for 3 to 6 months
Do you have any official statement about that?

I got my gigs disappeared frrom search since 70+ days now and I'm getting really concerned they will never get back again. I see that many sellers have the same issues. I want to know who got his gigs back on search results and if there is any trick for that? Thanks

It takes 90 days in total to remove its effect
Are you sure about that?

Can you share your reviews history in the last 90 days?

To all those who have this problem, we should ALL of us bomb the CS to solve this beause it's totally unfair to remove our gigs frrom search results!

Facebook ads or any other ads.
This is absurd. Why would I pay for ads in addition to the 20% fiverr's fee?

We are many having this problem. This is really weird. Did you have any late delivery or cancellation?

Getting only new to Fiverr buyers
in My Fiverr Experience
Posted
Hi
I noticed recently in the past few months that I'm receiving most of my buyers are new to Fiverr plateform. I'm wondering if there is a reason behind that or is it casuality???
