[Milestone job issue!]

Recently I got an order. This projects is big and my clients want to make it to 3 milestone. My problem and asking bellow...

• 1^st Milestone – 10 Days (Completed) 
• 2^nd Milestone – 10 Days (Completed) 
• 3^rd Milestone – 10 Days (Not started yet)

Now clients want to extend the 3^rd milestone duration time in next Feb 28, 2024. If we started the 3^rd milestone in 10 days and then If I give him extend delivery time in Feb 28, 2024. Its will be correct decision/process for both of us (Clients and Me)?

Or for this matter what is the best solution. Please advise me as a specialist.
