To put it bluntly, they lied, not only to me and you, but to everyone when they announced that they'd fixed the issue on March 14th, I believe. Nothing we can do about that, though. Just letting you know you're not alone... if that helps.
This happened to me as well, bunch of fake orders and now my success score is 9 on that gig and my overall success score down to 8 from 9. It tanked my gig, i hardly get any new order from new buyer, no new message. And im not in my usual gig placement spot anymore. SM and CS cant do damn thing. I feel like some of my competitor is playing dirty because im in highly competitive category.

I just recently do the invisible layer thing, its hard but its the only workaround, i really hope Logo maker would have options to upload several SVG of the same logo variations, so it will be easier for us rather than creating the invisible layer thing 🙂

Same, i also cant promote my gig when this happened, they said it doesnt met the quality or something, this is concerning, Fiverr is my main source of income and im afraid now. 😞

I see, yes the same thing happening with me. I just tried to upload more logo now but it looks like im capped at 60 logos published 😕

Wow thats a great number, i only have 60 logos uploaded but only half of them sells. Did you count on how many of the logo you uploaded sells?

Im currently in similliar case, im also seller from 2016, and since July 15th my gig stat tanked, and its not only one gig but all of them, i also got my promotion feature removed, im concerned now.

Any progress on your gig guys? did they recover? and how long? this is my current situations since July15th last month and im a bit concerned. The bad news also is i cannot promote my gig anymore.

After getting deranked, I completed around 10 projects & most of them gave me the tip as well which is quite a good thing for fiverr ranking factors.
But that didn't help.

You include all of your versions in the svg files, one on top of the other. You color them slightly differently to make the editing easier (the absolute minimum difference is enough, they just have to be not exactly the same color). And then by turning the unwanted colours 100% invisible in the editor you can choose which logo version to use in which design variation.
Thats a great trick, thank you. But what if each of my design has multiple gradient colors? gradient appear black. And if the design is a little bit complex with several different shapes on each design it will be hard to know which part i should make invisible

Hello, this is awesome news, but on the seller side i think it will be easier if we are able to upload several different SVG variation for a single logo. Its easier to edit and create variation on adobe illustrator than on the Fiverr logo maker, I can create more diverse variation of the same logo that way.

Hello Guys, did you guys found any luck on how to bring it back to normal? i usually get arround 1k to 3k impression, but on 15th july it suddenly tanked. If im in rotation, how long does it usually get back to normal? and also any tips and trick that you guys can give in the meantime? thank you 🙂
