got a response from them and they say it is the "design style" that is the issue. my design style is not compatible to AI tool.

@Logo Maker Team thank you so much for the great article. i had a personal issue to discuss with you.

i had started using logo maker platform for about 6 months, during this time i uploaded upto 60 design ( limit upto which i was allowed). i just noticed logomaker dashboard is no longer available to me. upon contacting fiverr support i am told that my activity for logomaker is paused due to performance. i wasn't even sent a notification about it.

as long as i could see i had about 100 sales in this tenure, as a fresh start i could see it was good enough and i was trying to put more effort in it by keeping in touch with the articles published here.

can you please guide me how to get out of this situation and if this platform will ever be available to me in future or may i be able to access the logos i designed exclusively for this platform?

All packages will have a flat rate commission based on your take rate. If your take rate is 20% it will be 20% for the 30$ packages as well.

i think percentage should be reconsidered, it should from 20% to 80% so the seller gain maximum out of the logomaker projects.

does this mean that it will be calculated based on total amount of order or this rule is for amount surplus of $30? because currently upto $30, 80% of revenue goes to the seller and for the amount surplus of $30, 20% is credited to the seller.

one suggestion about logomaker , that is if some buyer contacts us in inbox through logo maker platform, some tag should be added to conversation like it is added for promoted gigs or fiverr business, or maybe display of logomaker gig like other gigs link is given below message whom to conversation is related so it may become easier for us to recognize the buyer and we may guide them properly.

fiverr is really very brilliant in getting sellers the best revenue through every opportunity.
