It's really confusing for buyer to understand, should we sent the FAQ page?
How do I accept a seller's delivery?
also it dose not have screenshot on how to process it at the beginning on where to click on to accept the delivery, and the issue with this that you have to wait 3 days for order to auto accepted, and 14 days to funds to be cleared.
If you do have screenshots on how to follow this process, please share it, it will be helpful to sent it to buyers.- 3

Templates are for smartphones, or smart devices, it's not yet in web based fiverr yet.

Yes, but that's not portable and that's outside the fiverr system, it's going to be useful as you can take fiverr everywhere.

yes, also in smartphone apps, you can save template of the offer, in case you want to offer it again.

that's good, our clients do not know about tech, they get lessons in IT or need IT help, so they not so familiar with the website, well it's good that they were able to order.
