That's an impressive first sale, and I think that, for better or for worse, there is going to be a lot of demand for your gig!
Do you mean how do you "accept" the review so that appears on your profile, or literally how do you accept it graciously as a professional? Sorry to answer your question with a question.

Look at other gig offerings in your niche and evaluate the ones with the most orders. What are those sellers doing to stand out?

It depends on the exact circumstances and who requested an order cancellation, etc. The good news is that the Fiverr staff does a good job of keeping track of communications so if you have a strong case for the cancellation, negative review, etc. to be taken off your account, then it will not affect your ratings.

The simple answer is that there are no tips and tricks.
Do your best to deliver your best work on each and every order, communicate promptly and clearly, and you will get repeat customers.

Definitely good advice. Sad to say that probably about half of contacts I receive in my inbox at this point are scams like this, although for me they are usually for product promotions or setting up accounts on various sites due to location restrictions.
If it looks suspicious, just don't answer and flag the message as spam. Don't worry about your response rate being affected--if the sender is found to be in violation of the Fiverr TOS, they will be banned and your ratings won't be affected.

Good luck with it! A lot of people don't realize that YouTube is the second biggest search engine in the world--there should be a lot of demand for a gig like this.

Are you saying that you're testing your gig offering for SEO, or that you passed the SEO skills test administered by Fiverr and that the accomplishment isn't showing up on your profile? If it's the latter, it may just take a little more time for admins to review and note it on your account.

Hi Kabeer,
It happens to the best of us--I've had several would-be clients misunderstand the gig offering, order accidentally, etc. Send a ticket to support and they will review the conversations and hopefully rule in your favor. I understand it's especially tough as a new seller as even one bad rating can severely affect your numbers, but in the long run, if you stick with the platform and provide excellent service, it will work out.

Welcome!
A lot of it has to do with what your gig is and the demand for it, your pricing, and how well you market yourself.
It looks like you do web design, which is a popular but competitive area. What I would advise is to be proactive with promoting yourself on social media (providing a link directly to your gig order page), remain active on here, and if all else fails, adjust your pricing.

I think the problem might be that your gig is actually too specific--which is probably why your conversion rate is so good!
If you're open to other opportunities to help authors outside of the YA genre, that will probably open up the door to many more orders. There are a lot of people writing e-books and self-publishing on a variety of topics that need your help!

Hi and welcome!
Unfortunately, it's not uncommon to wait much longer than a week for your first order, especially if there are a lot of other sellers offering the same service as you.
What I always recommend to new sellers having this same problem is to search for your own gig(s) as if you were a buyer. Look at what the top sellers in your niche are doing--graphics, descriptions, general branding--and think about what you can do to make your gig offering more like those sellers. Do that, give it another few weeks, and then adjust accordingly if you're still not getting results.
