  1. The only solution is that if we are confident in our work,  We should say NO without fearing negative feedback or cancellations and communicate them to order extras (Though there is still a loophole If both parties are just clicking on Revisions/Deliver).
In fact, Cancellation should not be in mind when you have already covered the work scope.

I remember, Once one of us wrote a very helpful topic on 'accepting negative feedback instead of cancellation'.

Two types of people are in discussion. Asians and other from EU/US/CAN. Asians mostly try to avoid negative feedback and accept cancellation and others have the courage to accept it as they would make sure to get paid for the work they have already done.

This is the reason, there is a difference of opinion.

I don't know why this is hard to understand.  That means they get 5 for free, and then you charge them for additional revisions after that.  Notice that the word "FREE" is nowhere on the button that says "Request Revision."

OK, If you are on a point where You have delivered it after 5th revision and they ask for the 6th , 7th time. You said its going to be charge separately and they don't accept it. What is the solution then? Customor Support to complete the order automatically? NO.
What will you do? Deliver it 20th time with no further changes?

  3. Hello
When We start the order, In the Invoice, We select some number of revisions, let's say 5.
But When we deliver the order, Buyer can ask for revisions unlimited time when They should be only allowed to 5.
If there is no limit and Buyer keep on saying for revisions even if his Work scope is already covered. How we can stop this?
You deliver the order, He will be back after 2-3 days, click on 'Revisions' , add any new task and repeat.
What is the way to avoid this? Only Cancellation? or do everything because they will leave negative Review which is blackmailing.

  4. There are some other factors that are involved in Gig ranking. So when you are disqualified, it means you have already lost other aspects.
Gig ranking and Promotion both have Competition as for thousands of sellers, there are limited pages so your business does matter.
Let's say If you are not generating enough revenue with Promotions or organic gigs then you would be replaced with others who can do better.

I am facing the same issue. It is probably a glitch with the App. Better to contact customer support.

I have contacted them but could not get a satisfactory answer.
It looks that the gigs I have deleted are not permanently removed from databases. So they are saying that I have reached the gig limit.

Make sure that your gig title is clear and concise, and that your gig description provides enough detail about what you are offering. Additionally, be sure to use keywords that will help buyers find your gig, and choose an appropriate category. If you still cannot create a gig, contact customer support for help.

Thank you for the suggestions. but It is not taking me to Gig creation page even. so these are secondary things.

  7. Hi,
I am a Level 2 seller, and I have 6 Active gigs. I was trying to create a new one so When I click on 'Create a new Gig' It takes me to gigs page. Based on Level I think I can create more. I have also deleted paused gigs so now I have 8 in total while Level 2 allows 20.

You don't have to be a Christian for this kind of work, but you do need lots of experience with managing Christian social media... And if you're not a Christian, there might be things that a Christian would know, but you don't. I mean, how much do you know about Christians and their values? Do you really have the intimate, in-depth knowledge about them, as if you were one of them? How much do you know about the best way to approach them? What would put them off? What would they respond best to? What words to use to get them to donate? Can you quote the proper part of the Bible?

Not to mention, as others have pointed out, that it's what some buyers are searching for (because that's what they need, and you can't forbid the buyers to search for what they need), and that nobody says you absolutely have to be a Christian; they're merely looking for a social media manager who knows how to manage Christian social media.

I guess it's a language barrier that's preventing you from understanding what those buyers are looking for.

And I notice that you still have a religious greeting on your profile.

Here is the answer.  There are many Religious websites, and experts must be from that Religion to maintain them. It's an understood thing. But discussing that topic or highlighting it can create issues.
We should let them do it.

That was not available for years now.

That's Interesting. Because in 2015-18, There was an option that if the order is late for 24 hours, They could go and cancel it may be with one click, and It Leaves a Negative review automatically.
Never noticed that it was taken back.

Well With the above clarification, It sounds fair and will avoid a lot of cancellations where sellers used to cancel to avoid Negative Reviews.

  11. I had Top clients I worked with. I just ignored the notification considering it was for those who have put companies like Fiverr, up etc.
After due date they removed it and on enquiring I was told that I didn't provide them Order page links.

well I have again added all with Order page links, Website link and selected from their provided options in the dropdown. But all are still Pending. Lets see.

  12. In most cases, the Seller is a professional in his/her field and knows a lot more than the buyer. It can be a new thing for buyers.
In Web development, there are Codes, tools, layout, and much stuff, but many buyers don't know what is going on behind the scenes; they are concerned more about what they can see.

They will compare your custom work with others' templated work. Sometimes you write them hundreds of lines of code but they will stick to logo quality that  might be related to Logo designer.

Simply it's not a rule that every time Seller is wrong but buyer is not.

If you want to avoid this.., then you should look for a higher-rate buyer.

Don't spend your talent on a $5 job.

Higher Buyer Rate --- Fewer Revisions --- High Chance of Repeat Order --- Fewer Problem.

Lower Project Rate --- More Revisions --- Less Chance of Repeat Order --- More Drama like Korean Drama Series.

Thank you! But actually, I am referring to clients who order around $500-1000 though web development is Vast and sometimes It can actual cost 2000+ what they order for 500-1000.
