    I was a newbie seller when I joined the wait list (so it was too early for the special invite). So I clicked on the link and got accepted to the program 5 months later. The only time I received the invite was when I was qualified to join.

    Exactly how to solve a problem. Thanks

    I applied to be a member of Seller Plus by expressing my interest and was accepted; I never had an invite other than the original post here on the Forum telling us it was available. 

    What exactly is the seller to do if there is no way to express an interest to join?

    Might be available for some select sellers but on my end here, there is absolutely no way to request joining.

    So it is INVITE-ONLY for me. Only those that are favoured to request to join the program can apply to join the waiting list.

    If you have a contrary opinion, just point me to a link that says apply here to join the waiitng list.

  3. Buyer request had its flaws but the new briefs are seriously no match for it. I have not had a brief in months and seriously don't even know why it is there. On the other hand, when orders dried up in the past, I could go through buyer request and find one or two that I could easily bid for. It came through most times orders were running low through search.

    I won't even bother ranting about the private feedback and the algorithym. 

    Invite only features that seem to segment and favor some regions rather than quality of work and years of experience on the platform. 

    Poor buyer support. It gets worse by the day. Everyone gets the same template response. I don't even think they read your concerns, they just copy and paste you a reply.

    The Seller plus FAQ documentation don't seem to agree with you.

  5. Same thing happened to me. Got an order canceled by CS today because the buyer said he wasn’t satisfied with the work. He contacted me first and I told him I have delivered as I advertised. The next thing I get is a mail from support saying order has been canceled. They didn’t even check or ask my side of the story. It is really sad but it is what it is. It is a fact we will have to live with as long as we continue to sell on Fiverr.
