Rank Down or Gig Not Showing In Search Issue
This issue is quite common now on Fiverr Gigs When You Make Changes To Your Gig.
After editing the gig, most of the time the gig's are held for manual review by Fiverr Support Team.Here is the step by step process how you can fix Fiverr Gig Not Showing In Search Issue.

Go to this link and select your gig to see if it went under manual review

If It shows this message:

Click Submit Request,
And Cheers! A support member will review your gig and your gig will be published within some hours 😄,
You will start seeing your gig on Search Results and your impression will also increase depending on the GIG's standing.

If you already have a buyer account then try to find this in your profile.
And click on >> Switch to selling.
If you can not find that then,
go to >> https://www.fiverr.com/support
Click on >> I’m a Buyer Tab
Then submit a ticket about your account status.
they will help you out.
In reference to the previous suggestion, as Fiverr’s Interface changes a lot, if you are still having difficulty on switching to the Buying mode then click on this link to Switch to the buyer mode.

Whay I am facing this permission in Android app?

I was also facing the same issue on my latest Fiverr app on Android device.
I tried installing an older version from (https://fiverr.en.uptodown.com/android/versions) and it works well.
You can try any order version which is earlier the time you have been facing issues, that should solve the problem.
Please Note: I don't recommend installing from unauthorized websites, so use with caution.
