I have created account to get Payoneer $50 gift but not get yet?

A few days, ago Fiverr officially mailed me that open an Payoneer account and get $50 gift.
This may sound like an ad or affiliate thing or something eye catching.

I have created an account and connect with Fiverr after verification. Recently, I have transferred $244 from Fiverr via Payoneer but no gift yet comes from Payoneer or Fiverr.

Any one gets the gift or some any more criteria ?
