How do you get paid from buyers

I’m sure my question has been answered a lot of times but I didn’t find it. I’m new on fiver and just have my first buyer’s request. When you get a deal from buyer is he supposed to send money to your account, as a blocked payement or something? And it would be unlock when it is validate by delivery?

So the buyers will accept my offer in a “formal” way on fiver so I’ll know it’s good to go? (I’m really new here…)

And I assumed if I can’t set any paypal account yet is because I still don’t have any money on my fiverr account?

Your buyers will either accept your offer or just buy your gig.
Either way, you’ll be able to attach your paypal account once you have some money on there. 🙂
