ID verfication failed

I have failed an ID verification.i have been with FIVERR for more than 3 years.

I was asked for ID recently( around 2 months ago) which I did but the ID got rejected for no reason. 

I appealed but they sid I can't appeal anymore.

I posted on Facebook and the rep there said to contact support again assuring that it will be resolved but it hasn't.
