Withdrawal Issues

My account was flagged and later disabled. But before it was disabled I had some funds that I wanted to withdraw but the withdrawal options were closed. Three months later, the account was opened but but I still can't withdraw the money. Please, how can I withdraw it? I have written to support severally but they said the withdrawal option was opened but it wasn't opened. Please, I need help and I only need few days before the account is blocked back.
