Why I don't get briefs from buyers? I have set the briefs from 10$ !

This comes from the Fiverr help files: Get matched with buyers – Fiverr Help Center

At the end you will find the FAQ list. Check out FAQ 2 and 3.

If you are not getting briefs, then Fiverr has decided that your services don't qualify.
