Fiverr Automatically Blocked a Potential Client by Mistake

Hello,

I usually don't have any complaints about Fiverr's automatic system for blocking spammers or scammers who reach out to sellers (like the usual ones trying to redirect us to Telegram, etc). However, this time — and it’s the first time this has happened to me — it seems that Fiverr accidentally blocked a legitimate client who was asking me for one of my services regarding metadata extraction. Is there any way to undo this?
