What should I do if there are multiple correct answers to one question during a Fiverr skill test?

I means, some time all option are correct, some time seeing all option are incorrect

If i face this problem, what i can do ?

I've performed six Fiverr tests. For some of the questions , there is just one right answer , and some questions ,there are two or three right answers. In such case I selected all the right answers.
