How to be cautious of such spam messages?

Question

I have received the message which says- " Fiverr user support welcomes you. My name is Amelia and I am your operator. We are delighted that you are using Fiverr’s services. The customer has already paid for the order and delivery. To receive payment you will need to provide your card details to which the money will be transferred. You will have to go through an "identification" process, which is secure and only takes place once. (In the future you will receive the funds from the buyer by simply pressing a button). If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We wish you a successful sale."

Luckily, I did not enter any information but can anyone help me how to identify if it is a real buyer or a scammer?

Thanks
