ErrorId 203 : Ticket already used

Hello, I wanted to pass the english test but at the time I pressed for start it. It send me this error, ErrorId 203 : Ticket already used.

Please help me otherwise i have to wait 92 days.

If you already took the test and failed twice, you have to wait 90 days to appear in the next test. These are the rules. No one can help you with that!

it was the first time I wanted to try it, I'd just created my Gig and when it came time to pass the test, I pressed to start it, and it displayed the error even though it was the first time I'd tried it.
