Fiverr disabled my account due to the identity verification thing, how clear of a photo do they want?

I was in a perfectly lit environment with a decent quality shot of my photo id? Even then they kept failing my verification attempts due to "bad quality photos", like bro do you want me to whip out a 5000$ DSLR and a studio to take my photos in.

It's really sad to hear this. No need expensive DSLR to shoot photo in studio. You can use your smart phone to complete the verification. Read the verification procedure carefully and do that they want step by step. Thanks

I'm facing the same issue and expect to be banned within two days. I'm quite frustrated with this whole process! I've done everything as required and failed repeatedly, meaning I have to keep taking photos of my passport and myself over and over again. If I do get banned, how can I access my earnings?
