how do I recover my deactivated account?

Question

Hello,

My account was deactivated today, but I don't think I've violated the terms of use.

My son has just informed me of an ID check, which I believe to be the cause of this deactivation. In fact, when he saw this check, my son carried it out (driver's license in his name obtained at the age of 14 thanks to a motorcycle licence in France), without alerting me beforehand, thinking that it was a check to verify whether "a physical and human person" was behind the account. The account was deactivated shortly afterwards, so I think that's what it's about.
However, my son only uses Fiverr to look for services he might need. He does not in any way contact my customers, nor does he buy any services, as mentioned in your terms of use. I'm the only one who manages exchanges between customers and service providers.

How can I get my account back?
In the future, to prevent this incident from happening again, should I create an account for my son only?
