Problem with phone varification

Hello everyone.Can someone help me, please? Why I can't enter my active phone number to verify.(Reg.by PC).

i recently received a notification for my ID verification, but when i proceed to verify i again and again redirected to same page with title that send sms link or scan QR code.

Why i am unable to start my ID verification process?
