Hello Community, I'm a website developer on Fiverr. Today, I received a message from a new buyer in the USA. The buyer has no profile reviews or additional information on their profile, except for a name and location. The provided domain URL is not secure and is under suspension. I'm unsure about proceeding with this. Should I report this? Your advice is appreciated.
