Unable to do "ID Verification" using mobile camera. Fiverr Don't have camera access.

Hi, 
I have Samsung S10 which I use for Fiverr. Recently, I got Fiverr ID verification which requires camera access. In app permission, I could give media access but not the camera. I used Realme mobile to do the same but could not give Fiverr access to the camera. There was no such option available.

Anyone who can guide me in this? Is there any alternate option? I need to do this before next week in order to avoid my account restriction. Please help! Thank you.
