Withdrawal Difficulties

My account was permanently disabled 90 days ago, they said I had to wait for 90 days to be able to withdraw the remaining funds. Yesterday, being the 90th day, I received an email informing me that I needed to remove my remaining cash within 7 days. I attempted to add a payout method but was unable to do so since I had misplaced my previous number. So I decided to change the phone number linked to my account. I was prompted to provide the answer to my security question, which I did, but I kept getting unsuccessful attempts even after providing the correct answer. I tried contacting support numerous times but they kept giving me the same answer contained in the snapshots below. How on earth do you give me 7 days to withdraw, and then ask me to wait for 60 days for my account to be reviewed. This is bad
