I'm also a new member of Fiverr. Ranking gigs nowadays is not easy. 

Share your gig daily on social media 

Try to find a forum that has a section about your services. You can get some questions who need help. you can try to help them and within answer, you can add your gig if they need additional help. 

If you know someone who needs service you can directly approach him/her.

You can try to find forums that talk about your services and you can try to help by answering their question and within answers you can add your gig. 

One of the best forums is Quora. You can try to find on google more forum
