Help I have work that is forgery

I have a seller account on Fiverr and Upwork. I had a 3D model created on upwork and closed out the contract of which I now own the rights to. The modeler has taken it upon themselves to have the model 3D printed and painted through a seller on Fiverr against my wishes. How can I stop this!

If you do not want to work just thinking that the Fiverr rules will be broken then you can tell them: I do not do things that do not obey the Fiverr rules.
