Old payoneer account with new fiverr account

hello there,
once upon a time i had a payoneer account which was connect to fiverr account which i have not used for so long, unfortunately due to unavailability my old fiverr account was terminated, since now i have removed all the funding sources from my old payoneer account including old fiverr account, so the question is that can i connect same payoneer with fiverr now
or if there is any other process can you help me in this regards?

may be it will conflict. if you can open a new payoneer account or contact with the fiverr support to remove your payoneer account form there database.
