Pending Requests $$ balance

I have a request that is pending. This never happened to me before, always almost instantly go active.

Today the first time, it is “pending”. I think I know why, curious what everyone experience has been?

I believe it is due to my current balance on the site. I never keep a balance so they quickly have approved so I have to deposit money.

Now that I have a balance, they do not want me to spend it, they want to keep the $$$. So they prevent or slow down approvals??

Maybe it is just bad timing and they are very busy???
