My response time has been calculated wrongly

Can someone please help? I joined Fiverr in April and I have worked to maintain a response time of 2 hours. Sometimes last week, I woke up to an 8 hour response time (highlighted in red), and I have never taken that long to respond to any new buyer. After 24 hours, it changed to 4 hours (highlighted in orange).
I have been waiting to see if it will self-correct to 2 hours but it hasn’t. What do I do, please?
Anyone else with this experience who has been able to solve it?
