Do you check on repeat buyers if they stop buying?

At this point, not yet. But I think a simple message like a simple “how are you…” and then place a link to some offers they would like would do it. 🙂

I will sent them random free promo from my service, and when holiday season comes i sent them greeting without mentioned my service.
