I just had a very weird experience in my 7 years on Fiverr and thousands of orders completed. 

About 2 weeks ago I completed a job from buyer who wanted something done very urgently. I completed the task as request within a couple hours and delivered right away on April 2nd and I even sent a message separately to let him know that I delivered. I never got any contact back and assume the order was fine. 3 days later it was automatically completed as per Fiverr policy. However suddenly on April 15th, I got a notification from the bell that the order has been cancelled and money was refunded to the Buyer. The cancellation was done by CS. I didnt receive any message, any email, any contact from either the buyer or CS. I thought it was a charge back problem based on what I read, so I opened a ticket. However to my surprise, CS answered that the client let the timer run out to completion, didnt check the work, and was not happy with my work. So the buyer contacted CS and they checked my work and then cancel the order. Is this even possible to just leave seller in the blind while I've been open to contact the entire time? Even after delivery and completion? So I just completed the work for free and don't even know why it was cancelled? 

I sent more proof to CS and they acknowledge that I completed the task as was requested by the buyer and also that I still maintain contact, but CS still said that the cancellation cannot be reversed. How is this even fair? This is a first for me. I'm still extremely confident in the work I did by the way, There shouldnt be anything wrong. But even if there is, shouldnt I be contacted first? Can someone please enlighten me? I really want to post my messages with clients and reply from CS, but I'm not sure if it's allowed.
