I’d like to share my experience and seek advice regarding my recent Top Rated Seller application. Despite meeting Fiverr’s 

 (consistent 4.9-star ratings, 7+ years on the platform, and strong client retention), my application was rejected with the feedback: 

"Your professional skills do not currently align with the requirements for Top Rated status."

: Linux, Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, and AI Development. 

: 500+ cloud migrations, CI/CD pipelines, and server optimizations reducing client costs by 40% and I have set up high traffic load with a monitoring system which involved all DevOps Skills. 

559+ successful orders with zero policy violations.
 

I’ve meticulously aligned my services with Fiverr’s guidelines and maintained top-tier performance. The rejection reason feels vague, leaving me unsure how to improve. when you check my profile you can see I have met the requirements of skill set. it comes under "

Not sure what's going on previously the same thing happened to me. now I am totally demotivated and disappointed with Fiverr's review method. it feels like they have some automated or AI review kind of things because if human review my profile I don't think it should be rejected.
 
Now I can't do anything regarding this just sharing my thoughts on this. let me know your thoughts guys. or if someone knows how to contact the fiverr's higher authority because customer support is not good enough to give the resolution.
