Hi, so I had an order where the buyer confirmed it, but later changed his mind and I chose to refund them to keep things peaceful and move on. I didn't touch the funds and they were returned to him without any issues, it was all consensual and very straightforward.
 
Ever since Fiverr blocked my withdrawals and for some reason, it's been 72 hours without a single human reply from CS. I find it interesting how we're being judged for not replying to our customers on the order page every single day under the pretense of "effective communication," but the platform itself has refused to address my issue for 4 days now.
 
This is simply unacceptable, the only reply I got was from an AI bot that suggested I change my payment methods, which is something that I simply can't do! I need a human to verify and solve my issue, it's been 18 days since I've completed my orders and I can't access my funds!
 
I've been a seller ever since 2019 and I've never had this happen to me before. Every ticket I've opened until now got a reply within 24h or less.
