I recently came across a scam attempt that I think everyone should be aware of. A "buyer" messaged me saying they wanted to place an order but claimed they needed my email to proceed. This is a red flag because Fiverr strictly prohibits sharing personal contact details, and legitimate buyers never need your email to place an order. 

The scammer asks for your email under the pretense of placing an order. 

If you share it, they may try phishing, sending fake payment requests, or taking conversations off Fiverr to scam you. 

They might even try to trick you into clicking malicious links. 

Do NOT share your email or any personal details.

Keep all communication and transactions within Fiverr.

Report and block the scammer immediately.
